An Observation Across Industrial Operations.

Organisations invest heavily in monitoring equipment reliability, yet have comparatively limited capabilities to objectively identify human performance degradation before it contributes to adverse operational outcomes. This longstanding observation informed the development of AHRI and its focus on the relationship between people, operational demands and reliability.

Multidisciplinary engineering and systems professional

Iftikhar Ahmed's career spans Avionics Engineering, Aviation Maintenance Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering, and Project Delivery, with more than 20 years supporting Australian and international mining, energy and industrial operations.

This breadth of engineering and operational experience informed the development of AHRI: an emerging framework that brings a systems-based reliability perspective to human performance.
